Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MADLADY items, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the products in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest carrier drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
